Constant is looking for a Batch maker to join our dynamic team

This role involves overseeing regulatory compliance related to the formulation and ingredients used in our cleaning and specialty chemicals. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with various regulatory bodies and standards, including Health Canada, REACH, PMRA, ISO and GMP. This role involves a lot of interaction with other chemists, with production and with sales.

• The opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm

RESPONSABILITIES

• Supervise/Ensure product quality in accordance with ISO and GMP standards
• Process DIN registration applications
• Conduct internal audits to ensure that company practices comply with regulatory requirements
• Generate and review Safety Data Sheets (SDSs), Technical Data Sheets, Product Labels, and any other documentation required to meet regulatory standards in English and French
• Generate cost information to be provided to the Price Coordinator and update costs as a result of raw material price increases.
• Create batch cards, inventory items, bills of materials, and other product-related work in our accounting software SAGE.
• Perform all other related tasks
